الحج الى مكة و العمرة إليها فرضان على كل مؤمن , عاقل , بالغ , ذكر أو أنثى , بكر أو ذات زوج , الحر و العبد , و الحرة و الامة , في كل ذلك سواء , مرة في العمر إذا وجد من ذكرنا إليها سبيلاً , و هما أيضاً على أهل الكفر إلا أنه لا يقبل منهم الا بعد الاسلام و لا يتركون و دخول الحرم حتى يؤمنوا .
